What is the difference between the Laser Treatment and Melasma Treatment?
Laser treatment treats hyperpigmentation, dark spots, skintags, moles, acne scars, fine lines & wrinkles, uneven skin tone. Meanwhile, Melasma treatments target hyperpigmentation esp melasma, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, dull skin, fine lines & wrinkles.
Is it painful?
It depends on the type of treatment and your pain tolerance. We usually apply a layer of numbing cream before treatment to ensure that you are comfortable.
Can Melasma be treated in one session?
No, Melasma would require multiple sessions, it also depends on your skin’s response to the treatment.
Is sunscreen necessary after treatment?
Sunscreen is very much necessary after Melasma treatment. The UV damage from the sun may still cause melasma to reoccur in the future?
What should I expect after the procedure?
As with most laser treatments, you can expect some small amount of redness. For most patients the redness gives them a slightly flushed look, but the extent of it will depend on the intensity of the procedure and areas that you are treating.
What treatment should I use for pigmentation?
